Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before using the LastRelay mobile application (the "Service") operated by LastRelay ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LastRelay provides an automated safety notification system that triggers Voice Calls, Whatsapp, and Email alerts through third-party providers (Sendgrid, Bird and Zenziva) to designated emergency contacts based on user-defined inactivity parameters.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all phone numbers and email addresses provided are correct and active.
• Consent of Contacts: You warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from your emergency contacts to be called or messaged by the Service.
• Subscription & Credits: Users must ensure they have active cycles or credits required for the Service to execute Voice, Whatsapp, or Email notifications.

5. No Guarantee of Emergency Response

IMPORTANT:

LastRelay is a notification tool, not a substitute for professional emergency services (e.g., 911, 112).

• We do not guarantee that your emergency contacts will respond to the alerts.
• We do not guarantee that the alerts will be delivered if the user's device lacks internet connectivity or if third-party carriers experience downtime.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Zenziva (Voice), SendGrid (Email), Bird (Whatsapp) and Firebase (Data).

• You acknowledge that the delivery of alerts is subject to the performance of these providers.
• LastRelay is not liable for any delays or delivery failures caused by ini third-party telecommunication infrastructures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastRelay and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of life, or emotional distress resulting from:

• The failure of the Service to send a notification.
• Technical malfunctions of the application or server.
• Incorrect settings configured by the user.

8. Adaptive Voice Calls

The Service includes adaptive voice call features. Users acknowledge that these automated calls use synthetic or recorded voices to convey messages and that the quality may vary based on the recipient's network.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, including the misuse of the notification system for spamming or harassment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
